T. M. Natarajan - Managing Director


T.M. Natarajan is a management graduate having over 34 years of IT experience with various organizations including Digitron, Datamatics, Britannia, Hexaware Polaris and Intellect.
He has managed engagements globally and traveled extensively. He has passion for delivering quality software, building energetic team and managing mega engagements. More than anything he is an inspiring leader and a role model for many.
During his long stint with Polaris he played key roles in many critical ventures like JVs, Mergers, Demergers, Integration, Building competencies, managing mega engagements etc. He is a pioneer in building the Testing practices from scratch and made it as one of the fastest growing and successful business unit. His key strengths are achieving “Customer Delight”, “Delivery Excellence”, “Innovation” and “Operation Efficiency” and as part of this journey he had authored a book called “How to achieve Zero Defect Delivery"

SR Ramaswami - Director


Ramaswami has over 35 years of expertise in Banking,Financial Technology and Organization development.
He started with World Bank Funded Infrastructure Project. He spent nearly a decade in Indian Overseas Bank in banking processes, operation and strategies. He spent half a decade in erstwhile HMEED (now a Caterpillar Unit ) in manufacturing processes, Industrial /Value Engineering, Quality movements and Technology migrations.
He spent more than 15 years in Financial Technology and Consulting growing with Polaris from early stages and retired in 2012 as Partner and CFO at Polaris in two stints and has been part of the founding team of BPO purchasing assets of a voice based solution as seed. In the interim for couple of years he has been SVP at Kumaran Systems ( a leading Oracle Technology Migration Platform provider) and President of Indchem Software and CEO of Realsoft (an initiative of India's leading industrial house). In technology he delivered to Wall Street, High Street banks and Insurance, Developmental banks, Central banks, Engineering sector, health sector and retail sector. Established operations. and partnerships across Asian, European and American continents. His strengths include innovation and business growth strategy. Currently he is an Independent Advisor for Growth with Governance and is a Senior Advisor for Technology at Transjovan Capital.
He is a Chemical Engineer an Alumni of Indian Institute of Science where he studied Industrial Management and is a CFA. He is a member of Institute of Industrial Engineers of India. He is an invited speaker at forums like Computer Society of India, Internal Auditors Association, Institute of Chartered Accountants and Institute of Directors of India. Delivered guest lectures at Queens University,Belfast, UK,AMITY University and Hindustan University at India.
He has submitted a patent for Corporate Governance Automation embedding a five level corporate board development model and IOT

Kannan Narayanaswamy - Director


An MBA in Finance, Kannan has over two decades experience in funding, investing, incubating and starting small industry. He was among the first to raise venture capital funds for the Indian IT industry way back in 1992, as part of Creditcapital Venture Fund (India) Ltd. (CVF) in Delhi & Bangalore. CVF was part of the Lazards Creditcapital Investment Banking Group, an associate of Lazards in India. He subsequently helped create a start-up VC Fund, the Sterling Technology & Venture Corporation (STVC). His last corporate assignment was with Polaris Software Lab. Ltd (6 years), handling a suite of Risk Management Products for the banking and the financial services sector and rose to a position of Vice President, handling M&A's, divestitures, incubations as well as internal process monitoring. - incubated a technology company, as an interim CEO, in a telecom software product development start-up, a Joint Venture of Polaris and the TeNet Group of IIT Madras. He was a regular contributor to industry magazines like Dataquest, a leading computer fortnightly from Cyber Media Ltd. and Business Line, a business newspaper from the house of The Hindu, Madras; addressing issues in the Indian software industry. He Conducts seminars on Venture Capital for banks, financial institutions and in Business Schools/Universities - Visiting Professor, IIMA teaching VC and Private Equity courses. He currently advise startups on scale-up and VC's in value investing.
