Right from drawing up a comprehentsive transition plan and thorough knowledge acquisition, complete training in process, product and systems, pilot project implementation, independent handling of operations up to stabilization and optimization of process, Gamma offers complete support through the deployment of people, process and technology.
The transition process is marked by a detailed blueprint drawn up a cross-functional Gamma transition team working closely with the customer. From acquiring a thorough understanding of the adapted business processes and the technology supporting it, successful knowledge transfer through extensive training, and the transfer of the selected process, we work in tandem with the customer.
Due attention is paid to Risks and Mitigation analysis to de-risk migration and to minimize the identified risks. A detailed Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is performed for all relevant functions of IT, operations, training, and HR.
