Pradeep Nevatia Chief Executive Officer
Pradeep Nevatia is the Chief Executive Officer of Gamma. Pradeep is a veteran in BPO industry - an innovator, entrepreneur and a thorough professional.
Pradeep has been working as a Social Entrepreneur and Management Consultant sharing his expertise in a variety of areas like Corporate turn around, Strategy, Policy Deployment, TQM, Six-Sigma and Lean Sigma. A mechanical engineering graduate from BITS, Pradeep has pioneered Policy Deployment implementation in BPO industry and is an expert on implementing 'manufacturing principles' in the BPO & IT industry. In his earlier stints as President & CEO of Ninestar Information Technolgies Ltd., Executive Director for Datamatics Technologies Ltd and MD & CEO for Lason India Ltd., Pradeep also pioneered the concepts of Rural BPO, Campus BPO, CSR BPO and distributed value chain model in BPO industry.
Khurram A R Head Domestic Business
Khurram A R a dynamic professional with over a decade of experience in the BPO industry heads the domestic business for the organisation. A thorough bred professional with an overall experience of over two decades spanning across FMCG, Financial Services and ITES sector with expertise in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Service delivery and HR functions. A result oriented professional he has set up processes from scratch having contributed on people, process and technology front and has been instrumental in winning large deals. A certified ISO auditor he has contributed in defining and implementing processes resulting in efficient processes benefiting both the client and organisation. A people's person with an eye for detail are his strengths which have helped him to build and manage large teams and to retain talent.
Ramesh Chandra Joshi Head - TechBPO & IT Services
Ramesh Chandra Joshi is an MBA in Information Technology with more than 31 years of experience in Information technology and Telecom. Apart from his MBA he holds various degrees and certificates in computer applications, communication engineering, systems engineering, IT best Practices, QMS Auditing( ISO9000) etc. He has executed and managed large domestic and International Projects during his career. Thus he gained extensive exposure in the field of Global Voice/data network administration, Information Security, execution large international and domestic BPO/KPO projects. Some of the large clients for whom he has executed projects are Danriver Inc, GMAC Inc, North American Media Group, Carphone ware house, British telecom, Roseby’s UK, Reliance Infocomm, ICICI Bank, Indian Airlines, Viedocon, GE Capital etc. Prior to joining Gamma BPO he was working as Chief Technology Officer of Colwell and Salmon (India & US).
